Updated profanity filter
So lovely that now for a SECOND time my name has been blocked by the profanity filter. My username used to be SwagginDragon, until one day I noticed I could not chat in-game (BFV). Did some digging and realized that somehow that got flagged by the filter, so I had to update my name. Somehow Swaggindragon (with a lowercase d) was fine, so I changed it to that.
Fast forward to now when the filter has apparently been updated AGAIN and my username is blocked AGAIN. I would love an explanation to why 'Swaggindragon' would be blocked in any case. I looked up both 'swaggin' and 'dragon' and both together and there is not a single possibility of that being used in a profane or discriminatory way.
I'm sure I would be told "sorry change your name"... but is there any way to get usernames removed from this insane filter?

Hmmm, I'm not sure why that name is getting blocked. No idea what's happening there. 🤔
I did a bit of digging and found this in the Content Moderation part of the EA Positive Play Charter:
If we get something wrong, in text, image, or voice moderation, we want to know about it. For text, name, image or voice filtering let us know at https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/appeal-filtering-decision/.
Try popping in an appeal to that link. That should help get this in front of the team that can look into this for you.
