Urgent Appeal for Manual ban review
I am writing to formally request a manual investigation into my Apex Legends account, which was banned on October 15, 2025, for 'Gameplay Enhancement.' I want to be extremely clear: I am a dedicated PlayStation 4 player who has been with Apex Legends since Day 1. I have invested significant time, effort, and passion into this account, reaching level 125 and participating in numerous seasonal events since the game’s launch. It is logically inconsistent that a long-term console player would suddenly switch to PC specifically to utilize cheats and risk years of progress and potential heirlooms.
The ban occurred while my account was compromised by an unauthorized third party. I only realized the security breach had happened after I saw the ban notice, at which point I immediately contacted EA Support to recover and secure my account. I have already had a discussion with EA staff regarding this takeover, proving that I took immediate action to regain control. My previous appeal was unfortunately denied, likely by an automated system that flagged the cheating software but failed to recognize that the person behind the screen was not the account owner.
I am asking for a specialist to perform a comprehensive IP and Hardware Audit. You will see that the unauthorized activity originated from a PC client and a geographical location/IP address that is completely inconsistent with my years of verified PlayStation activity. I have since secured my account with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and changed all credentials. I am a victim of a hack, not a cheater, and I am requesting that my standing be restored so I can continue my journey with the upcoming Cross-Progression features on my PC. I am happy to provide any further proof of identity or previous case numbers to resolve this matter.
