Verification Code Issues

I made my EA account back in 2011, but I still have access the email that is registered. Unfortunately EA keeps asking me to prove it’s me with a verification code sent to my email. The issue is the verification codes.. that email does not reach my email account for whatever reason. I can’t find it anywhere in spam offers regular inbox... It’s incredibly frustrating and was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I just want to play BF6
