[Warning to Players] Bug+Unprofessional Customer Service
After the latest update, I encountered a game-breaking bug:
- Planting crops deducts payment.
- No crops appear after planting.
- Planting again deducts payment again.
I immediately reported the issue to customer service, but instead of helping, the representative responded rudely and deliberately made things difficult, even telling me to calculate my own losses.I provided clear video evidence of the bug, yet over two weeks later, there has been no proper reply or resolution.The only “solution” I was given? “Please update to the latest version.”But I’ve already explained—this problem started only after the update!
My takeaway:
Thankfully, I have not spent any money on this game. After this experience, I will never spend a single cent on a game that ignores legitimate reports and treats its players this way.
