Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

I appreciate that and ill check it out. I don't have a playstation or xbox anything i just have my desktop computer so that's why i had difficulties typing it in, as there didn't seem to be any options for PC. But im guessing PC is Xbox now or something? Ill check out Opera though thanks a bunch. Im honestly just having trouble with plants vs zombies it asks for a product key after installing and when i put it in it tells me my computer is offline. Forces me to quit out. Unable to play. They also never got back to me when the origin app changed to EA app, when they removed one of the Beholder games from my library that i had paid for and said it didnt exist on the EA app anymore and that was that. 

I do not think they have live support anymore.

This is a known issue that seems to happen almost exclusively with accounts created for minors. It seems to be deliberate and EA is aware of it, probably something to do with liability where children are concerned. 

I used that link and it keeps giving me an error when it asks what platform I'm using. I'm on a windows computer and no platforms show up. It's a garbage system - I have to type in exactly what they want to see and it doesn't let me input anything. Help please. 

I've downloaded all the Sim City games, including Sim City 4, and the game continually restarts after the opening page of the game. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded it. Nothing. Still restarts. What's the problem?
