I've purchased the standard edition of the game and have all of the correct files downloaded. However, when I launch the game it doesn't allow me to play multiplayer or singleplayer. It says purchase to play even though I have. If I click on install files within the game it just takes me to the EA app where it shows me I have the files downloaded already. Need help with this.

I am having the same issue. I per-ordered the Phantom edition and all game modes are downloaded as per the EA app shows. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. Afterwards I look then click on modify install I see all game modes again are installed. I can access the game and make changes to my character but I cannot play any games. There is an option to install multiplayer, single player and others and they say not installed so I click in the box to install and the game brings me to the EA app to install again.
Payed 70 dollars for a firing range with 4 guns such a joke.

Same here + My account email is not accessible anymore. MY EA account is linked to my Xbox account and i think that's the issue. I've sent them multiple emails during the beta, after i pre-ordered the game because i felt it was going to be an issue but i never had an answer. I feel like i've been stolen !!
