I hope someone can help me as getting no where fast.
I had an old Xbox account many years ago linked to my EA account. I have just started a new Xbox account (all linked by the same email) as I have started to play on PC. I am unable to connect my new Xbox account to my EA account as ot is still picking up the old account and I can not access the old account.

1stly you need open your old xbox and open the new xbox to switch after that open your gmail via telephone maybe they request a 6 digit code and you are able to open ur acc on both and if all those not solved the problem reset the password and try again if all those not clearly install xbox app on ur tele and open your acc and managed and if u have laptop or pc try ok both thanks
