Xbox gamertag is connected to a banned account without my authorization

Hello,

My Xbox gamertag has been linked to an EA account that does NOT belong to me. That account is banned and the ban is now affecting my real EA account, even though I have never had access to the banned account and did not authorize this linking.

EA Support has already told me they cannot unlink it, but ToS Admin is the ONLY department that can override a banned account link. 

I can't create a case to dispute any of this and show proof because my account doesn't have any penalties against it. Can anyone help point me int he right direction to get this fixed.
