I have reset, cached, initialized, deleted and redownloaded the game. I have contacted Nintendo Switch. And there is a bug at the spiral attack where I cannot proceed. I don’t know who to contact so I created this EA account to seek help. Could you all please fix this because there is nothing more I can do.

it completely freezes. The only buttons that work is the menu button and ZR. I have pressed L/R and do not work. Character doesn’t move. Waterfall frozen. Bad guys frozen. Everything frozen. When I restart it has me on the ledge about to enter the waterfall area to learn spirit attack and still freezes. After initializing and restarting the game completely over, I still land at this same spot frozen. No buttons work? Not even to move the character except to access the menu and Nintendo Home Screen

To confirm does the game freeze or what is happening when you learn the spiral attack?
Also to confirm are you pressing left/Right bumbers to use the attack or pressing down on the left/right sticks?
