Split fiction EA server connection

I keep getting error code 103-40010000 when trying to play online with Split Fiction. This is on PS5 and Xbox. I’ve rebooted the router, tried several different DNS, cleared cache, rebuilt data base...

Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same error 😔 getting close to seeing if I can get a refund

    I'm getting the same issue. I connected to my mobile hotspot. Same issue!!!
