Me and my girlfriend is trying to play aplit fiction, i bought the game and she has the friends pass. when i press play online and invite her, she gets this error code 103-3f0001. ¨your account has been restricted from accsessing any online features. She has Ea play and dont have any bans, could someone help?
I'm having the same issue. ME= friends pass on pc, Friend= bought game on ps5. she sends me and invite and it sends out a "your account has been restricted from accessing online features. i chatted with ea help and they told me to come here. this is the only forums of this problem i see. i hope they get this fixed soon
We got it working yesterday, she had to delete the game and redownload. Problem is back again today. Dont really see it as a complete fix, kills the joy having to wait an hour before getting to play... did you find a better solution?
The same thing is happening to me except I’m on the friend pass and keep getting the error code. If anyone has any clue what could be wrong please help.
