Community Manager6859fe0d7d7419e8 Can both of you go into the settings and reset all settings back to default? Make sure under privacy, usage sharing and sign in to EA account at startup are on?
Online vs local seems to be a big call out and the team as been informed on that one.
Yes we tried all the settings to default was the first thing i tried and all of the other stuff is on. I’m not sure what else we can do we both also tried reinstalling the game as well.

6859fe0d7d7419e8 Ive messaged the team on it that the online vs local has issues. At the moment, try a different connection to see if it boots you. I always test a hotspot to see what happens if I have my phone on me. The settings in game are limited so not much you can go in and change.

6859fe0d7d7419e8 let me know if it changes. If it is online and not local, making a lot of changes to your connection may not really do much if it is the servers or something about the friends pass part.
