natle0​ That happens with a lot of games. It is an authentication into the account and syncs up with the EA servers. The same thing happens when you haven't logged into your EA account in a while, and the system makes you reset your password. Glad to see you were able to get in and play!

Got mine working after I logged into my EA account through the EA website (i checked a few account settings which triggered a double authentication).

Not 100% sure on this method, maybe it needed a recent login to activate it for server play or something. Regardless, afterwards I could play online with my Xbox (cross-play with PS5 friend).

I am getting the same thing on xbox. My fiance and I each have our own xbox so we can game together.  I bought the game, she has the friends pass.  When I send the invite, she accepts, but as it attempts to connect to EA servers we both get disconnected.  I get the 102-0 code, she gets 104-20004 code.

Ive also run the connection test on my PS5 and it says the NAT is failing
