Bought Split Fiction and fully downloaded then it still states that it’s only the demo on main menu. I’ve tried Deleting app and redownloading, tried playing through demo and still ends at the end. Tried hitting purchase and it just gives me”Play” option. Waited a couple days and still only has demo option.

"Hey! I realize that your last post here was over 2 weeks ago but i just bought the game and had the same issue. If you’re still having this problem what worked for me was deleting the game and then going to the store and downloading the “friend pass” version.
It might be mislabelled in the PS store or something (?) but either way that’s my solution. Good luck"

I uninstalled, deleted cache, went to online store logged in with PlayStation, saw the standard edition and friends pass (both owned) , selected standard edition, downloaded to console, booted it up and still only recognized it as friends pass version. And Stuck in demo. In plugged ps5, waited, plugged back in. And still on friends pass version.
Community ManagerAjbabay When you search the game in the store, does it show both full game and friends pass? If its on PS5, the download that is being installed is registering as the friends pass.
A reinstall could be installing the friend's pass for some reason. If you own the game, go to the website, search for the game, and make sure you see it as owned and the pass next to it. If you own it there, send it to the console.
You can also do this on the mobile app. I would also clear the cache from the console as well. Turn it off, unplug it for 5 min, plug it back in, and boot it up.
I tried installing update then uninstalling and reinstalling again and it says I’m on friends pass version even tho I purchased the full price
It’s the same as the store. After uninstalling, the store options are :download/follow/ (selecting the three dots options: split fiction-friends pass/personize settings/health/ratings….)
Community ManagerAjbabay When you uninstall and reinstall it, can you check your library and they store to see if shows the same one? If you bought it, there would be a separate download vs the trial or friends pass. Its a different entitlement on your PS account.
Yes I’m still stuck in demo mode, tried deleting and redownloading again and still having it stuck in demo mode
