Xbox Series X Crashing During Isolation Chapter

EA_Shepardhey just wanted to check in and see if there’s an update. I’ve been able to progress through isolation to the next chapter by simply skipping to the next checkpoint any time the game crashed.  It seems certain areas crash more than others. The chapter rise of the dragon has definitely been the smoothest chapter I’ve played, it crashed only once, meanwhile isolation and the chapter called the hollow seem to be the least stable.

EA_Shepardhere are some recordings of what happens during the cell block portion of Isolation. I have gone back to the previous chapter Rise of the Dragon realm to test and the game did not crash once. It seems as though certain parts of the game cause the crashes to be more frequent than others.

EA_ShepardThanks for the continued responses! I’m not sure if I’m able to retrieve any error codes, as the crashes cause the entire console to shut down, and no error codes appear when relaunching the console and game. I will definitely try to get a video when I’m able to.

noobxxkillax thank you for the update. I had a meeting this morning on it, and they want to know If there are any error codes when it happens. XB doesn't really have a crash error report like PS does which makes it harder. A video would be super cool too of it crashing.

EA_ShepardI just wanted to provide an update. I was able to progress slightly further into the Isolation chapter, albeit still fighting crashes. Like I mentioned previously, the game has been crashing essentially for my entire play through, some spots worse than others, but this Isolation chapter seems to be the worst its been.

EA_ShepardI’m the host of the game, they’re playing with the friends pass. The crashing has been persistent through the whole game, it’s just this specific part of the game has been noticeably bad.

noobxxkillax Does it crash if they invite you? I haven't seen any open issues in this chapter at the moment. Are you able to test it with a local play and not online?

Are you playing with others who are on console or PC players?

There is an issue with Steam players who have like emojis and things in their names and its causing crashes but hot to ask just in case.

I know the X has had some crashing issues reports but not really that much. Team called it out with the above but not major issues on Xbox.
