asking to buy ea fc 24 even though i already have it

Hey @pepelipi2 Please make sure that the correct Xbox gamertag is linked to your EA account.  You can check the linked Gamertag by visiting the Connections section on your EA account. Log out and sign back in to confirm your details on the console. If the correct gamertag is linked, please also confirm that your Game Pass membership is still active.

im pretty sure the xbox gamertag is linked to my EA account, and the details are all correct since its also the same i use to log in the compagnion app and my Game Pass membership works fine. Maybe the problem could be I have the normal instead of the Ultimate Game Pass? 

Are you attempting to install the game on your PC or Xbox via EA Play? If so, which specific plan is active on your account (PC, Console or Ultimate)?

Remember that: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members receive EA Play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Windows 10/11 via the Xbox app for Windows and the EA app, now in beta. I have the PC GAMES game pass active and both accounts are linked and yet it asks for me to buy the game.

Can you please try to download any other game included with EA Play that you don't own separately and see if it will allow you to play it?
