Buying EA Play or EA Play Pro - Stuck in "Processing" State Since June 24, 2024

I bought an EA PLAY PRO membership and it hasn't been activated for almost a week. This is ridiculous. The support team is not solving this problem.

    If you're submitting an email case, live support will review this and get back to you as quickly as possible. If you're trying to contact through live chat and the chat isn't connecting, you can try these steps:

    • Press F5 to refresh the page
    • Clear your browser's cache
    • Try a private browsing window
    • Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge

  • Same here, on day 4 of order being processed & support are completely useless - straight out theft at this point

    I have the same problem since I purchased it on friday. They already charged me in the 2nd payment, but the first one is still processing and so is my membership on this account.

  • "Processing" since I bought it. The support team was not helpful at all, please solve this problem.

    If your transaction is stuck in a processing state, we'd need the live support team to review your billing information to see what's going on- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to take a look with you.

    This problem is still ongoing! You are sitting on 85€ from me for a whole month now and all your support ist saying is "please be patient"! WHAT THE *?! Still multiple subscriptions in the "processing" state, and still no refund!!!!!! What kind of joke company are you?!
