Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails

i had the same problem as you all here , and

i manage to solve my problem through the help of EA Agent through EA Account Support there 

you need to contact your respective banks to allow you to make purchases , because the bank may think there is a fraud involving your account when purchasing EA Play Pro or Games in EA App or Website .
