Hi,
I have EA play through the XGP. I have tried uninstalling EA Play and installing it through the Xbox app, several times with no change. My accounts are linked, I can see it when I am logged in on EA and I can see my EA pass when on the Xbox app.
Can someone fix this please?

Community ManagerHey @Strebor92 it sounds like the account that you are using to login with is different to the one that you've linked your Xbox account to.

Clicking on 'Manage' in my Xbox app takes me to this account in the account section for EA.
They are linked.

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hi. It is not giving an option for live chat and the only number you give is an 0870 number which I can't call. Why can I not use your live chat?
Community ManagerHey @Strebor92 contact options will be dependent on a number of factors. If live chat is not offered then you will need to select a different support avenue.
