EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

how did you manage to do this? they don't even reply 

8/10/25 purchased 9/10/25 am cancelled

no email.

The billing states, it was fulfilled, but the tab heading said failed. The money has gone

so far i haven't received anything

I finally got a refund also

I received an email today confirming that refund is happening in 3 to 4 days max. But what after i get refunded.. i still didnt get my subscription to ea play pro which i payed for now what ..how can i trust this process again or any guarantee this wont happen again !!

This exact same thing just happened to me, I purchased EA play pro, then a few hours later get a notice that it was cancelled, now this morning I have an email that a refund has been processed, what is going EA?

I got refunded but this is ridiculous!
