Game Pass Ultimate: Having trouble connectin to EA App

Please help.
Today I purchased Game Pass Ultimate for the first time. First, I logged into the EA app using my Xbox account, where I purchased the Game Pass, and started downloading FC 25. When the game downloaded, I tried to launch it, but it kept getting stuck preparing to launch. Then I realized my Xbox region was set to the wrong one. I changed it in Windows settings, restarted my computer, and deleted the downloaded game.

Then I went to the Xbox app and tried to install the game from there, but I encountered the error mentioned in the title of this post.

How can I finally play EA games included in EA Play?
