GamePass not detected and not receiving verification codes

I'm trying to download a game I have gamepass Ultimate, however when I launch my EA app it seems it doesn't recognize I have gamepass ultimate, it asks me to subscribe to EA play or buy the game. I'm trying to unlink my xbox account and link again, however I'm not receiving the verification codes in my email, not in spam and nothing is wrong, I'm just not getting them
