i have xbox gamepass ultimate but ea play dont work

i got xbox gamepass ultimate on the pc xbox app but when i go and try download a game thats in ea play it wants me to buy it in ea play like i dont got the game pass. and everything is linked correct...

Hey there, 

I see you mentioned you already checked to see if your EA and Xbox accounts are linked. If the EA app is not recognizing the subscription, please try clearing the EA app's cache. If the problem persists, there's no harm in double-checking the Connected Accounts, logging out from your Xbox App and EA app, and logging in again with your connected accounts.
