My game pass games are not free in the ea play store, i don't know what to do?

"The fact EA doesn't have a live chat or a phone number to call for help or service is wild..."  --> The really wild is that we cannot open a ticket or anything to ask their help, only we can write here.. I hope they will read the lot of issues with Game Pass and tried to solve it.
