Request for Refund – EA Play Subscription Charged After Cancellation
I recently canceled my EA Play subscription, but I noticed that a payment was still charged to my card afterward. Currently, I’m away from my computer and only have access through my mobile device, so I wanted to report this issue here.
Before canceling, I read the information about the 14-day refund policy applicable to Turkey, which states that if the subscription is canceled within 14 days without using any membership benefits, a full refund can be requested. Based on that, I proceeded with the cancellation.
As shown in the attached screenshots:
- The first image displays the message about the 14-day refund right for Turkey.
- The second image confirms that my EA Play membership was successfully canceled.
Therefore, I would like to kindly request a refund for the recent charge, as my cancellation should fall under the 14-day withdrawal period.
If any verification or additional information is required, I will gladly provide it.
