Security codes not being sent

Iam having trouble getting my security codes through email and nothing comes through spoke to an advisor 3 times and they want me to remember my number ,IP address and other info from 9 years ago when I set up account .I don't have this they then say until I have a think about it and remember it they can't do anything.spoke also to them on phone and lady changed my email address and verified it for me but no codes are still coming through.anyone else having these problems .seems ridiculous why would I know my IP address especially from 9 years ago.

    Hey @Playb0y78 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    If you are unable to verify account ownership then our team will not be able to grant you access or may any changes to the account.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    If our team is asking you to verify ownership of the account  @Playb0y78 and you are unable to do so then they will not be able to make any changes or assist in any way.

  • But they already have by changing my email and verifying it for me as I could not verify it so the lady looked in to it and verified it for me that's why I can't understand if she was able to do that why am I not get codes through.
