This Game is Unavailable

You are not eligible to play this game

Why is this happening? ive used app recovery and restarted the app and PC several times. I'm trying to install BF1 after getting EA play from Xbox game pass. 

Dont tell me to clean boot its a brand new pc

    @Striker10125995 we may want to try reaching out to an advisor to look at your account at help.ea.com to see if there are any issues with the EA account.

    I have this issue as well and have re-installed the app multiple times and even though I have game pass ultimate, I can't download any games off of EA play.

    This happened to me as well. I can play BF5 but 2042 is unavailable. 😩

    @Striker10125995 hey, had the same issue. how i fixed this was using a vpn, changing the country to somewhere else like the US, or canada, & i was able to start the download. i then turned off the vpn & was able to continue the download normally

    Thanks for sharing that @PlutolsHere. That a VPN worked would point to a network or ISP issue. May be worth having a word with them if you see it again.
