Unable to purchase EA Play Pro

Hello, I want to purchase EA Play Pro through the EA Play app, but when I enter my card details, it first approves and then gives me a transaction error during the purchase process. I can’t buy Pro. There’s no problem with my card, and it’s also open for international transactions. I have no idea why this is happening. Could you help me?
