Want to refund

hey man, 

I have already sent multiple mails to EA support, the first one being on the day of the renewal of my subscription. No one has replied and yet 40 euros has been written of my bank account even though i dont even play video games anymore. Yes i know i have been sent an email about the renewal a month prior, but yet i have been waiting for a reply for more than 2 months. I really want a refund because i havent used the subscription at all.

I have seen that usually people can't get refunds, but why does a multi billion dollar company treasure my 40 bucks so much?

EA Play membership refund

EA Play for PC memberships are generally not refundable. 

Request a refund on EA Help if you think you might be entitled to a refund.
