CODE FOR WRONG CONSOLE

I ticked that I can play both PS5 and Xbox as I have both but received a PS5 code which I haven’t redeemed yet and won’t be able to use because I cannot link my PSN to it as there was one linked to my EA account years ago. I play FIFA on Xbox and thought I could use PS too because I didn’t know you could only link an account once. Is there any chance I could be able to get an Xbox code since I haven’t redeemed mine yet?
