I redeemed my code to Xbox and nothing downloaded…

I had an Xbox Series X code which redeemed fine and found the playtest but I can’t find it to download anywhere. I’ve checked the add-ons to EAFC26 and tried redeeming again but nothing is working

Hi. This just worked for me:
After you’ve put in the code & it seems to accept it, go to…
Xbox button & click on “My games & apps”
See all
Full Library
Along to the “Free with Xbox” tab
Go down to “Demos”
This is where “EA Sports FC Playtest” was sitting for me
Launching the game from here then started the download into my Queue

I was having same problem but just looked in full library and it was there to be installed

Why is this answer not at the top of the forum, it solves one of the most common issues being experienced.

Many thanks play test is now downloading, time will tell what other issues found here I’ll experience.
