No Reward after Completion of Max Verstappen Challenge Career - F1 24

Summarize your bug I completed the Max Career Challenge within the stipulated time after launch of the Champions edition, but I have not yet recieved the Helmet that was the promised reward for it.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? XTKR-HEJT-APVP-SHEG
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Sony Bravia
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Hathway
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you complete the Max challenge, there is a chance that the reward doesn't show up in mail as promised. The first two rewards show up in mail as expected but the helmet does not, which is very dissapointing.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurred, a reward that I was promised for completion of the "Challenge Career" i.e. the Helmet of Max Verstappen, was not sent to me in game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Helmet of Max Verstappen in the in-game mail as promised. Hope you look into this porblem and rectify it soon.

I have purchased F1 24 Champions Edition, where I got access to the inaugural challenge career with Max. I completed all 3 Episodes well within the stipulated time and I recieved only 2 of the 3 rewards. I have not recieved Max's Helmet despite completing the challenge career. 

First off all the challenge career was buggy... there was a wet qualifying in Zandvoort which didn't allow me to choose wet weather tires and forced me to qualify only on slicks which meant I started from the back of the grid, cause the AI cars were on wet weather tires. The race in Brasil was wet but it forced all drivers to use Hard Slicks... this was atleast okay cause all the cars suffered equally. I don't think forcing us to drive in the wet on slicks is the kind of "Challenge" that the challenge career should be aiming for...

And after all these hurdles and issues to complete the Challenge Career with 6 races over 3 days (including practice sessions and qualifying), to not even recieve the reward is really discouraging. 

I'm sure other people have faced this issue as well. I would like you guys at EA to acknowledge this issue and rectify it as soon as possible please. Thank you.

    @EA_Vendceracontacted the help team got told on-one has complained about this bug so got told there is nothing they can do great [removed by CM]  help EA is

    @sh0rty2008uk Sorry to hear about that. The advisor was probably just a bit confused, since this is a relatively recent change. Please try contacting them again, and someone else should be able to help you!

    @EA_Vendcera this is the chat I've just had with your not so great "HELP" team now what do it do because I don't love being screwed over on a game that I paid for and beta tested for

    Brenton (05/07/2024, 16:33:51): Yes it was the 3 day early access to get his helmet I put up a report on the bug report page got a response back 3 weeks back from EA_Vendcera stating you are now sorting it out and message the help page I have messaged for the last 3 weeks and getting no where and being told it might be sorted at some point but it's not good enough I spent £90 on early access to get the rewards but I just got screwed 

    RENCHITHUNG (05/07/2024, 16:34:27): Alright, so basically just leave the rest up to me, like I said I have some experience with such cases, now again I should stress on the fact that there is no guarantee that this will work and neither is it necessary that the team will get in touch with you directly however rest assured they do read everything that has been posted. 

    RENCHITHUNG (05/07/2024, 16:34:55): And I've mentioned all the details for the case notes from my end in order so let's hope for the best. We would be able to have some good news in the future and you're facing but I'll do what could be technically possible from my end. 

    Brenton (05/07/2024, 16:36:43): Ok so basically I might get my rewards for getting the game early also I might not get it and wasted money on the rewards if that is the case I want compensation for getting screwed out of stuff I paid for
