So as the title suggests. I am stuck on the splash screen. The game won't accept any inputs.
I have used both a Xbox and Dual shock controllers, through wired and Bluetooth connections. Nothing works. Leaving me with nothing more then a screensaver.
Still nothing.
Legitimately can't even get past the splash screen and I get ignored.
Naturally, I wouldn’t dream of expecting a venerable institution such as yours to concern itself with the petty misfortunes of someone like myself—after all, what’s one broken product among the unwashed masses? Hardly worth a footnote, I’m sure. And yet, you’ll forgive my audacity in feeling rather affected by the matter—particularly now that I’ve been so graciously enlightened as to why I’ve been left to cradle this malfunctioning treasure. It’s been an absolutely enriching experience, really—character-building, one might say. A masterclass in dignified neglect.
Do you guys just think people like me are too stupid to work a computer?
For any other company. The idea of a player being left with an unplayable game would be unthinkable.
For EA it's just a wednesday. Even pretending to care is too much effort Apparently. (Which I have to assume is the reason. And not something unsavoury that really shouldn't be happening in 2025)
Still waiting. Not that it matters.
Clearly EA has ulterior motives for ignoring someone with a bricked game.
