Ban appeal

Hi! Two days ago I played division rivals against very toxic opponent. I usually have input delay, and that day I
was tired and without sleep at night as I was trying to reach "200 goals" objective to get packs. And there was
opponent who was good enough and probably not tired and maybe without input lag, anyway he scored a lot of goals.
And he celebrated every goal in super annoying way - you know thos jumps on the run with hands like his player
wears glasses or somerthing like that. At then end of the game I honestly was pretty much pissed off plus
my fatigue - so I decided to talk to him, ask him why is he so toxic? I added him and literally asked "where is he
from" without any offensive words. And imagine - no wonder - he answered literally "from your mother`s side". Well
I must confess after that I exploded and said to him some tough words. And deleted him from friends. And imagine
more - one day later I saw that my account suspended for one week. So that toxic player was also so mean that he
made screenshot of my message and reported me. Ofc I didn`t make screenshot of his words too, I was too much tired
and pissed off. And now I can`t play and finish SBC`s that I started and it will be gone while I`m banned !


So on help.ea.com I made case, appeal, but after many hours nobody answered me, it says that after ban expires you
can talk to ea advisers. But why would I want to talk to them after ban end? Ea, do you think my ban is fair? Just
imagine yourself on my place and answer yourself honestly  - could you stay calm in situation like I described?
Also please consider that I`m from Ukraine due to russian armed agression I had many blackouts and couldn`t play,
a lot of stress and sleep disturbance.  So I ask you please remove one week ban ! I`m sorry about that whole
situation and I promise it will not repeat. My case is #177479039

  • You would need to contact support if you want to appeal the ban which it sounds like you might of already.

    In the future just report them and don’t try to get in a back and forth as you will get banned too if you did what you said. 

  • I already contacted support as I said, it`s now about 10 hours ago. I resumed appeal few times. No reaction at all, just information that my ban/suspension is active til 14th of May. Making my case I described everything just like here.

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As @RadioShaqs mentioned, please refrain from engaging with other players who are displaying toxic behavior and we encourage you to use the reporting features in game.

    Regarding the sanction on your account, as you have already submitted an appeal, you will need to wait until the Terms of Service team gets back to you. I'd advise you to keep an eye on your inbox for their reply. 

  • So I got reply from Terms of Service team. They don`t care about anything I said. This is class. Thank you ea for everything, also for lovely aquafresh (damn yashin SBC and him often met in games).

    Oh, how could I forget? This is actually your fault. If you didn't make these toxic celebrations in the game
    unskippable, this whole situation just wouldn't happen. By the way, interestingly, for some reason sometimes, I
    can't celebrate, the celebration scene just skips for some reason. Instead, I'm forced to feel humiliated every time
    my opponent does his celebration. And after that you want people to remain polite? I have no respect for you.

  • Hi @EA_cuervo? So they still didn`t reply. They only said they decline my appeal because they found me guilty. And they said nothing about all I told them about circumstance. I can`t consider it as a reply at all. So how do you think how long I should wait for actual reply?

    If the Terms of Service team has provided a reply for the last dispute you sent and informed you of their decision, that's all that can be done at this stage. They read what you write on your dispute and provide an answer, even if they don't address every point in your email, they consider everything that has been said in your dispute. On AHQ we're unable to provide you with further information or review your account ban/suspension status any further.
