Hello -
I opened a case several days ago, 167189846. I see that the case was closed today and is under "fixed" status. However, no action was taken on my account, nor did anyone communicate any information to me at all -- No email, no notes on the case, nothing.
Is this standard practice for customer service at EA?
If true, that is ridiculous. If I treated customers that way I would be fired.
And if I treated my customers that way, they would stop coming in to my store.
But, people keep coming back here and spending millions on content, so why would they change?

EA Help not responding to your tickets? The solution is simple, open a ticket.
Oh, and if you have a grievance, let EA know, and they'll tell you if you have a grievance or not.

Thanks for your reply, but I have been submitting ticket(s) and replying to their emails for the last several days. EA Help does not even bother to help, they just close the ticket.
The latest response told me to go to Live Chat, so I followed the instructions and Live Chat is not even an option. Please advise where I can speak to a human being that understands English OR where I can get a refund for my purchase.

By the way, it's super frustrating that you responded telling me to open another ticket after I have been going around in the same circle for almost a week.
The level of customer service at EA is appalling. You guys don't even try or care.
