Hello! I have been waiting for my EA Sports FC 2024 Standard Edition's refund for quite some time now. If I view it under the Great Game Guarantee page it says that I am not eligible for a refund. I opened a case for it and still have received no reply whatsoever. I am tired of waiting and have had a horrible experience. Can someone please help me?

Community Manager@AyyFoo6 Hey, for these, when a refund is processed and it goes past about a week with no refund, you would need to reach out to live support so that they can take a look. They have a specific process they follow for refunds not being received. Not something that is handled over the forums.

Thanks for getting back to me. It's been about 4 days since I opened a refund case on EA help. I guess I'll wait for a few days more. Will share updates once I get any.

@EA_Shepard Incredible how you respond within a few hours of someone raising an issue relating to money, but you don't address over 200 comments in a topic regarding the absence of intro scenes in EAFC24 on new gen consoles! Dreadful handling from EA staff!
