Hi, I just started a online draft game for 15000 coins and even before the game ever started i got disconnected and lost the game. How do i get my game back? Very annoying and frustrating. I dont have that much time to play and now i wasted 15000 coins and 10 minutes of selecting the squad and going here.

I have checked to see if this profile is even linked to my xbox account and i am not sure if it is, and if so how i should make that happen? Can you help me with that? I'm sure the system should see that i had a disconnection before anything even started. I see no reason why someone would pay 15.000 coins just to disconnect a game prematurely, so i really dont get why i would nog be eligible for a refund.
Community ManagerWe wouldn't be able to manually grant a replacement token as we don't have that ability, but you can verify if your accounts are properly linked together by checking the Connections section on your EA account here. If you see your gamertag listed there, that means you're connected correctly.

They are linked. I dont have time for all the technical stuff. I just want to play the game when i have a bit of time. I guess i just wont be spending anymore coins on draft games. And for that matter, this doesnt motivate me to ever spend any actual money on coins. Thank you for responding. I am disappointed in the company, but you did your best.
