banned for no reason

i got banned 31 July and its 3 July now how much do i need to wait m8 if I did something or idk like cheating bot or whatever i was ok with waiting but I'm not a pro I'm just casual gamer I don't play that much and I want to do event and stuff in Ut I'm just stuck by Ea mistake I play eafc24 for fun not for anything special I mean whatever how much do I need to wait more I'm sure they don't give me answer XD

It can take several days to get a response. You'll just need to keep monitoring your email for this.

lowest quality of service I ever see in my life I don't say that to you I mean ppl who have responsibilities for that action that's just wrong and its bad

I understand the wait is frustrating. Terms of Service is working through their queue as quickly as they can. They will respond as soon as possible.
