they aren’t hired by EA support is outsourced to companies specifically ea sport and epic games are done by teleperformance in Portugal. I used to be a manager there 99% of the time it’s kids and parents asking for money back.
I moved from gaming to PVH (Calvin klein and Tommy Hilfiger) and tbh it was a good crack.
as I say though in Portugal they will pay for flight and accommodation but salary is only 750 euro for starters (really fair in PT).
