1 month agoThanks for the details. Since this is happening on Xbox One across FC 24, FC 25 and FC 26, the next thing we’d suggest is an Xbox network refresh rather than just another basic reboot.
Please try these in order:
- Fully close the game and restart the Xbox.
- Clear the Xbox Alternate MAC Address, then restart the console again.
- Check the Xbox NAT Type and make sure it shows Open.
- If possible, test with a wired connection. If you can’t do that, please test briefly with a mobile hotspot.
- Remove any non-essential USB accessories. If the game is installed on external storage, move/reinstall it to internal storage.
- If none of that changes anything, uninstall and reinstall one FC title.

Hi EA_Pulsar ,
I have tried all the above, uninstalled all FC games and re-installed them and still facing the same issue. I even bought FC 26 and also having this issue. Anything I can try, can I have someone call and try overriding my console?
The only game I cannot play is FC online, this is very frustrating now
