I tried accessing other ultimate team with other account it works but mine it doesn't also I can play pro club normally without having any proplem
Bro how sad, the EA rep just gave up on you. I have the same issue too - might as well get a refund for this POS game.
I'm having the same problem. I just bought the game (it's been about 3-4 days). But I bought the game for the Ultimate Team Mode. However, I cannot connect to the Ultimate Team servers in any way. I also checked my ping values, everything is normal and stable. In the Volta game mode, I can match with other players without any problems. but there is a different problem. Why can't I access Ultimate Team mode?
