Controller not working on FC24 PC

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open FC24 and connect a controller (DualSense or Xbox 360). Both of them won't work properly inside the menu and when inside a match. I can't use my controller to control the players. I also don't have the option to use a controller inside the game options. only keyboard or keyboard + mouse
