ea app

I redeemed a code for fc25 ultimate edition but I can't install it because its not in my libary

    Please try clearing the cache for the EA App with the instructions here. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I tried to contact them with many devices but it's not working I write my name and email then I click continue but they always throw me out

    Please try these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Click on FC 25
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I want to check my order status'
    6. Click on the option for chat

    That should get you in touch with an advisor.
