I also have the same issue. Purchased EA FC24 from CDKeys, redeemed it within the EA app which it was for the full game and it accepted it. The game was stuck on preparing for 5 Mins and downloaded never even started. Closed the EA App completely with ending task for EA App and ending all EA Background services, re-opened the app and was still stuck, decided to cancel the download and tried to download it again, but it isn't appearing in My Game Library.

Tried all of the following from that thread as mentioned by @EA_Leeuw :
1. Refreshed Library page in EA App
2. Confirmed EA App is up to date.
3. Confirmed that the Code is for EA FC 24
4. As mentioned above I manually restarted the EA App by Ending task for EA app and all EA Background services.
5. Cleared Cache from within the app, and even tried clearing it from the App Recovery.
6. Uninstalled the EA App and downloaded a fresh copy from the EA website. Re-installed the app and restarted as is needed to complete the installation.
Despite all of this, the game is still not appearing in my Library ☹️
Seems to be a Server issue after all.
Could someone from EA please assist us?
