Hello, after pressing x to continue and after connecting to the server, right before the main menu screen goes black, but music stays. Sometimes I can get through to the main menu, but then I will get the same black screen if i proceed to for example career mode or settings.my specs are: windows 11gtx 1650 mobileryzen 5 4600h24gb of ramssdi use a steam version of fc 24

Fixed it by verifying game files on steam. Apparently 4 files were missing so steam redownloaded them. The game proceeded further without any game-breaking issues in my end.

I play EA FC 24 thorugh the EA play app, I have verified my files and also reinstalled EA FC 24, still when booting up the game I get stuck on black screen everytime. I have chechked through every method mentioned by you on your post still I am facing the issue. My laptop's specifications are as follows:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H 3.11 GHz
16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
120Hz screen refresh rate
I have up to date Graphic card driver updates and system updates. Please help me out

Try deleting your old profile when you pass the splash screen. This worked for me somehow, I don't understand how it works, but maybe the in-game file is corrupted.
