Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When creating a Female Player, attempt to change her team.
What happens when the bug occurs? The list of teams to choose from are the Men's teams.
What should be happening instead? The teams to choose from should be the Women's teams.
The photos below show how instead of the Women's teams showing up as options, it's the Men's teams instead. Another issue shown is that the default team shown when first interacting with the player info is always FC Blau-Weiss Linz instead of a random Women's international team.
Hey guys I didn’t found a fix for this problem but I did manage to found a work around.
Step 1. Create your female player and choose any of the available clubs to transfer to.
Step 2. Next head on over to transfer settings and select a women’s club you want to place your created player to.
Step 3. After selecting a women’s club you want your created player to transfer to try searching for the name of your created player. This will lead to finding the name of your created player which will give the option to switch over to women’s clubs.
Step 4. After searching for your created player’s name you should then be able to choose any club you would like them to transfer to.

😢 I tried but it didn't work, there is no way the player when created goes to the women's team.
It is also impossible to transfer her to the female team because once created she is included in the male team as she is a female character.
Doing what you want is the same as taking Messi and putting him on the women's team, it's impossible.
