EA FC 24 HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE LIBRARY IN THE EA APP AFTER REDEEMING KEY

I had the 10 hour free trial for EA SPORTS FC 24 Ultimate Edition and used up all of the hours, once they had expired, I used a code to get the full game and it accepted it and gave me the full game, however I accidentally clicked cancel for the download and when I looked in the library, it wasn't there, when I re-entered the code, it said it had already been redeemed. Do I need to wait for my EA Play subscription to end to be able to have the full game, do I need to wait until the full game releases, what do I need to do.

Hi i just bought EA FC 24 ultimate edition from CD Keys and it went well, until i came to EA. I redeemed the code but i cant get my game into my library. I have bought and got the code but still havent found it in my library, please help!!

Literally same with me, I bought yesterday EaFc ultimate edition on instant gaming for 75$, and I redeemed my code and it started downloading but it was just preparing, then I tried to cancel download and try it again, but my game wasn’t in library and they literally took my money and i got nothing from it. When i try redeeming my code it says that my code do exists but Its already been redeemed

I bought mine from eneba (ultimate edition)

and its been 5 days of waiting for nothing really no reply's no solutions tried everything (repair the game,new user in windows,uninstalling etc) and still waiting for you guys but from my perspective is that you will make us wait until 29th of September rather than fixing your issue
