EA FC 24 NOT LAUNCHING

Question

ok so i launched ea fc 24 from the ea app and it keep saying "%gameName% is already running, Go ahead and start playing. Its a good one." I tried almost every solution i found which was clean launching or booting cant remeber exactly the name. Running the anti cheat as admin and also the game as admin. Deleting the game folder from the documents folder and also reinstalling the anti cheat so i dont know what the issue is. This has been going on for 3 days now since i bought the game. Can anyone help me?

Rebooting really should prevent this, check the following info to make sure you are performing the clean boot correctly:&nbsp;

ok so i did what was a clean boot to my knowledge and disable all services and disable services at startup. Then i restarted the computer and ran the game and it didnt launch but it said that ea background services was disable. So i re-enabled it then i restarted again then launched it said anti cheat was disabled so i enabaled it then restarted again and when i launched the game for the final time the same pop up message came up. Check screenshots for a little info.

@EA_BarryHello my friend and I both have OLED Nintendo Switch and we both just bought FC 24 by EA sports, we tried to play LOCAL via our two consoles and it would not connect. The screen would sit for many minutes and just freeze when we try to play FC 24 together. We rebooted our systems, we checked for corrupt files and no errors. Not sure why it does noIwork. Can you help? Thanksl
