After the EAFC24 update, whenever I win a free kick, corner or there is cutscene, my fps drop to the point I am not able to play or even aim the pass. Then once I pass the ball, everything becomes normal again. I have tried repairing the game, uninstalling and installing it, and lowering graphics quality. NOTHING HELPED.
I have a strong gaming laptop with Nvidia Geforce 3050Ti so it shouldn't be the reason why it's happening. Anyone?
Yeah same for me. I think it has something to do with a windows update from a few days ago. Start of the week i started noticing this. However I would like someone from EA to come with some form of solution. I dont want to uninstall all my updates, especially not the security ones.

I've noticed after yesterday's update, the game's performance has dropped. I'm currently experiencing FPS issues in matches where it will start off fine then just begin dropping. Before the update, the game was performing smoothly with no issues. I'm running a system that has a GeForce RTX 4070, 32gb Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM and an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor. The game has pretty much gone from optimized to unoptimized.
i looked at this threat and found a possible solution. Delete your FC24 folder in Documents. Worked for me.
