I've been contributing/following this for weeks (probable months) on another thread which was marked "resolved".

Just adding to this for visibility, but fear it will continue to get ignored...

Also have had this issue since getting the game. Makes the game unplayable for me (along with the crashing). Got no response from EA Help about a refund.

EA Help has given a reply on the case saying they can't help and just post in the answers forum and someone from EA will pick this up.
